Our motion graphic style video for HelpMyCloud.com, a cloud software support service. Based on the bullet points we received, we created a catchy script and a design style that fit with their brand. The goal was to position Help My Cloud as the market leader for SAP, SuccessFactors support.

Script: Meet Karen – an HR Systems Manager who handles SuccessFactors for her company. Today, she has a new business need, so she emails Bob at SuccessFactors support. "Dear SuccessFactors, We need to synergize our performance management processes with our career and development processes, while simultaneously integrating with our competencies, so we’d like to see a range of options to…"
Unfortunately, business talk isn’t really Bob’s thing. So he responds in his native IT-speak. "Please send screenshots of the live performance management templates and indicate where you would like to form a migration with the career and development template.
Also to perform the competency library integration into the performance XML, I need to know the competency library ids from your system." The email’s confusing, so she tries a phone call … which doesn’t really go much better.
Karen and Bob just don’t speak the same language, which makes it hard to get things done. Under a time crunch, Karen calls Rob, her original SuccessFactors implementation partner – even though she knows it’ll be expensive. "Sure, I’ll send someone over." Rob sends Phil to Karen – but progress is slow.
"Phil, we really need to fix the Compensation Module." "Sorry, I only handle Performance Management. You need another guy for that." Karen once again calls Rob, who sends Compensation Specialist Gil, which worries Karen’s boss. "Karen! These on-site consultants are costing too much!" So Karen requests some part-time support. Happy to oblige, Rob connects her with Bill.
