For example, take Kevin, a recent hire in the Sales department, who's preparing for his first Individual Development Plan discussion with his line manager. Kevin first visits the Career Path section, where he sees an overview of work areas, and can click to get more information. He clicks on Sales to see the org chart for his area, then clicks on his current position to reveal possible career paths in his area, as well as relevant positions in other areas. He then clicks on a position he's interested in to get more details. After visiting the Tools section, he drafts his Individual Development Plan and gets read to move forward.

Now let's meet Carol - she's worked in Client Operations for 6 years and is read to take on more responsibility. She visits the Job Market to search for openings - by Country, Area of Activity, and Job Type. Finding a position she's interested in, she discusses with her manager and prepares an application. The Career Center is a powerful tool that you can access any time, and new features will be available soon to make it even more localized, relevant, and easy to use.
