A.S.A.P. also helps identify other sources of financial assistance for your qualified patients in need. With A.S.A.P. real-time tracking, reliable delivery of Acthar to your patient’s home is assured.

Acthar Support and Access Program also provides Home Injection Training Services including a visit by a licensed nurse, at no cost to your patient.

A.S.A.P. is designed to assist with the process of prescribing Acthar.

Here’s how it works:

Once you prescribe Acthar for a patient, your office staff faxes the Acthar Start Form to A.S.A.P.

A confirmation fax with the patient’s case number is sent to you. Now your patient receives a welcome call and a Welcome Kit from A.S.A.P.

Then A.S.A.P. lets you know the patient’s coverage and facilitates any prior authorization or appeals.

Next the Specialty Pharmacy calls the patient to confirm their co-pay and schedule Acthar delivery at a time when they can sign to confirm that they received it.

Remind your patient to return all calls promptly to avoid a delay in delivery, Acthar arrives in a refrigerated container and comes ready to use.
